The staff at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lakeshore work to find a match between Bigs and Littles - taking into account personalities, parental preference and other criteria.  Once they find what looks like a match on paper, the staff works to arrange a face-to-face meeting between the two to confirm the match.
